Tacrolimus

A topical calcineurin inhibitor (non-steroid) used for moderate-to-severe eczema and vitiligo.

Apply a thin layer to affected skin twice daily. Wash hands after application.

Temporary burning, stinging, or warmth at the application site.

Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Do not use on infected skin. Use sunscreen.
