Clinical Overview
An ultra-high potency topical corticosteroid used for short-term relief of inflammatory skin conditions like plaque psoriasis. A topical narrow-spectrum antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, treating skin infections.
Active Ingredients
Usage Guidelines
Apply a thin layer to dry plaques once or twice daily. Max 50g per week. Apply a thin layer to clean dry skin 3-4 times daily.
General Guidance: Clean and dry the affected area completely before applying any topical cream, gel, or lotion. Unless specified, apply a thin layer and rub in gently. Always wash hands before and after application.
Possible Side Effects
Dryness, burning, skin atrophy, and telangiectasia (visible blood vessels). Mild skin redness, burning, or stinging.

Precautions & Warnings
Do not use for more than 2 consecutive weeks. Avoid face and skin folds. Do not use for more than 10-14 days to prevent bacterial resistance.
